Salt Lake City's Best Rodent Removal:
Rats infested homes, buildings, apartments, and offices are common in almost every big city. These rodents not only cause damage to your property and gnaw away at your most precious belongings, but they also are a major cause behind the spread of viruses and diseases. They're messy, dirty, and have the most dangerous germs on them that they drop everywhere they go – even on your kitchen counter. But you don't need to worry about rate infestation anymore! Our expert rat removal team is here to help get rid of your most stressful issue, and that too without employing any kind of inhumane techniques whatsoever. Our complete rat removal procedure involves locating the animal. We can find the rats no matter how far and deep they're hiding, from the corners of your basement, to your dark and abandoned attic, as well as in your walls and gutters. Once the rat or rats have been located, we move on to our next step – capturing the animal. We won't kill it on spot, use any harsh trapping techniques, or put the animal through horrendous torture until it finally breathes its last, rather we'd find it a nice new home. After capturing the rats, we take them to their natural habitat that's more suited for them, and release the animals there so they can live in peace. Our services are open 24/7 throughout the year and our team takes no days off just to make sure you're able to sleep peacefully without any nasty rats gnawing at your precious furniture. If you want us to get rid of those rats for you, simply call us or reach out via text message at any time, any day, and we'd come get the job done within hours!

We Utah's top experts in rodent control. We are not a typical Salt Lake City rat removal or pest control company. We don't treat rats or mice like insects, because they are not - they are mammals! You can't just use poison to get rid of them, like you can with insects. Unlike most Salt Lake City pest control, we focus on complete and permanent solutions. We don't just use poison every month. We solve your rodent problem forever, by following these steps:
- Inspect the entire house, ground to roof, and the attic
- Seal shut all entry areas, no matter how small, with steel
- Set a dozen or more rat or mouse traps in the house and attic
- Remove all rodents as they are caught and monitor for activity
- Once there is no more activity and no more caught, we're done
- When necessary, we clean rodent droppings, replace insulation, and repair chewed electric wires
Salt Lake City Rodent Removal Tip:
Do rats destroy insulation in an attic?
Rats DO destroy attic insulation, and in a whole host of ways too. For example, the feces and urine of the rodent will be scattered and spread around wherever it runs, so if the rat runs all over your attic, there's a good chance that all of your attic insulation will be covered in traces of the animal. The feces of the animal spreads disease, and the urine of the animal spreads messages. These are passed on in the form of pheromones in the rats' urine, and if this is not disposed of or cleaned thoroughly, the rat-messages still have the ability to be passed on. These pheromones are what the creatures use to communicate with each other, entirely undetectable to humans.
Of course, as well as passing messages to other rats, rat urine also smells pretty bad. In fact, after a while, both the feces and the urine of rats will start to smell bad if enough of it builds up. One rat might not cause you much of a problem. A few of them together, however, will start to build up quite the trail of destruction in their wake. The more rats you have, the more poop and urine you have. The more you have, the quicker the smell will develop, and the worse it will get.

So, we've got pooping and peeing all over your attic insulation, and we've also considered the idea that the rat could be building a nest with your costly insulation material. We haven't yet covered the fire risk that increases when rats move into the attic. This is because they have a habit of chewing through everything in sight, and this includes electrical wires and cables. If they were to leave exposed wires in among the insulation of your attic, or even in close proximity to it, just one spark is all it could take to start a fire. This puts your entire household at risk, and even the building that you live in too. Even if a fire weren't to occur, the rat's chewing through the electrical cables could still cause you problems in terms of using appliances and electrical items. Chewed cables will often lead to short-circuits, lights flickering on and off, and various electrical items not working quite as they should do.
Rats have the potential to destroy attic insulation, and even the rest of your home, and in some cases, they don't even need to come into contact with the insulation material at all. A rat infestation in your home or commercial building should be dealt with as soon as possible. Get in touch today to find out how easy it could be to get rid of your rodent problem.
